Mark Gardiner, a Chapin resident,
is currently the head tennis coach of the
Newberry College Men's Tennis Team. The
Columbia, SC native has been a member of
the United States Professional Tennis
Association since 1990 and is
currently rated a 4.5 by USTA Team Tennis.
He has been a member and a captain of USTA
men's, combo and mixed doubles teams and most of
these teams have advanced to the state tournament and
won state titles since 2003. He serves on the Lexington
Area Tennis Association (LATA) Board of Directors and is
a founding member of the Lake Murray Tennis
Association. He also serves on the Irmo/Chapin
Recreation Commission Advisory Board.

Adults - Beginners: 7 Sessions
Thursday mornings 9:00 am to 10:00 am
Thursday evenings 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Fee: $100.00
Juniors - 7 Sessions with 5:1 Student to Instructor Ratio
Thursday 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Ages 5 and up. Quick Start Format. Juniors will be grouped based on age/skill level.
Fee: $100.00
Round Robins: Start as soon as we have enough interest.
