Corporate Golf/Social memberships are available to corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other business entities. The business may designate a minimum of three (any combination) full-time employees and their family (designees) and a maximum of six (any combination) and their family to enjoy full Golf or Social membership privileges. Corporate membership is non equity with one vote by primary designee. Each designee will pay (golf/social) monthly dues and a monthly food minimum when the restaurant is operational.
Corporate Membership Fees:
Maximum of six (6) and minimum of three (3) full time employee designees per corporation, with any combination of full Golf and Social members.
Certificate of Agreement ..................................... $11,000 Initiation Fee .......................................................... $1,500
Registration Fee per designated member .......... $1,500
Benefits:
A corporate membership card will allow a designee to bring up to three (3) guests to play golf and/or use the clubhouse on any day, and pay the applicable guest fees
Other benefits:
- One voting share per corporation (by the primary designee)
- Unlimited golf with no greens fees for corporate designee members
- Seven (7) day advance tee time reservations
- Access to driving range/practice facilities
- Access to Clubhouse amenities
- Discounted golf instruction
- Discounted Pro Shop merchandise
- Priority in reserving clubhouse facilities for parties, meetings, weddings, etc.
Developer and Realtor Program
A Developer and Realtor Equity Golf (REG) lease-to-own membership is established to assist realtors and developers who are members of Timberlake Country Club, in the sale of homes. Member developers and realtors are encouraged to use this program to facilitate the sale of area homes. Ten (10) Golf Equity Memberships are being set aside for this program. New memberships under this program may be discontinued at anytime by the BOD. Membership leases should be established at the signing of the real estate contract between the seller and the realtor/developer. The membership shall be redeemed by TCC if the home is not sold or transferred to the new homeowner, or after eighteen (18) months from the date of the lease contract, whichever occurs first. If the Equity Golf membership is turned in to TCC at any time during the eighteen months, an early termination fee of 50% of the outstanding value of the lease will be payable to TCC. This membership program may be utilized by occupants of a home actively being advertised for sale.
