The pool will close for the winter effective Monday, October 3rd. Water Aerobics has ended for the summer of 2016.
However, Deb Fell would like to thank everyone who attended the sessions over the past 19 weeks. We had as many as 23 to 18 attendees three times a week and many stepped up and ran the class when Deb was not available! It was truly TEAMWORK as everyone supported making exercise fun!
BUT……Let’s not stop the fun and friendship we found!
Deb would like to start a walking group at 8 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for one hour. Anyone interested needs to simply drive to the pool area, park, grab a walking partner(s) and walk to Lake Estates, turn left and go the end of this street and back to the pool. The distance is 2.8 miles total. It’s a great chance to catch up with friends-old and new- and best of all……She won’t ask you to stop talking!
And for those who are now working, several indicated they would like to walk also but at 6pm to 7 pm on the same days.
If you are interested, please put away the aqua bells and grab your tennis shoes as we support each other in striving for a Healthy Happier Life on Oct 3rd at 8 am or at 6pm at the pool parking area.
