Meetings & Special EventsTimberlake Country Club is a semi-private club open for public dining and golf. We cater to individual needs as well as to both large and small group events. We have an event planner to help you set up your meeting, create a custom menu, or design a team-building golf event. Our facility has a small conference room for a group of 8, a medium meeting room for groups of 12 - 40, and a larger room able to accommodate groups of up to 150. We have managed conferences with break-out sessions, executive planning sessions, HOA Board and Member meetings, as well as many other special events and parties.
