General Manager
Job Description
The General Manager has responsibility for all day-to-day operations of Timberlake Country Club (TCC), located in Chapin, SC with the only golf course on Lake Murray. TCC was just rated as the #4 Most Improved Golf Course nationally by GolfPass.com. The GM shall direct and administer all aspects of the operations to include amenities, staff, programs, and activities to ensure outstanding service for members and guests. They must be a thought-partner for the board, recognizing the importance of keeping TCC on the cutting edge of Country Club excellence by having a keen understanding of current and future trends, demographics, legislative, economic, and social issues. He/she should be decisive and set aggressive goals and objective to ensure the club’s current and future success.

Candidate Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of verifiable leadership and management experience in an active first-class hospitality environment.
- Strong general leadership skills with verifiable strengths in team development, financial performance, diverse recreational amenity management (golf, tennis, pickle ball, family activities, etc.), quality food and beverage programming, exceptional member/guest service programming, strategic planning, project management and most importantly the ability to consistently define and achieve goals and objectives.
